Delete your SoberMind AI account
Delete in the app
- Open SoberMind AI and sign in.
- Open Profile.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion.
If you cannot sign in or use the app, use the email option below.
Delete by email
Send a message from the email address linked to your account:
Subject: Delete my SoberMind account.
Include your username and, if possible, the email used for registration.
We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before deleting it. We aim to process verified requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Account and profile: email, username, name, nickname, language, gender, religion and avatar.
- Journal entries, mood, triggers and crisis plan.
- Goals, wishes and reminders.
- Feedback and support messages associated with your account.
- Website consultation requests can be deleted separately on request to info@katrina.help.
- Chat history stored on the device is removed when you clear app data or uninstall the app; account deletion does not reach data that exists only on your device.
What may be retained
- Security and audit records may be kept without direct account identifiers.
- Records required by law, accounting or fraud prevention may be retained for the required period.
- Backups may take up to 30 days to rotate out.
- App store purchase history is kept by Google Play, RuStore or Apple under their own policies.
Subscriptions
If you have an active subscription, deleting your SoberMind AI account does not cancel it. Cancel the subscription in the store where you bought it (Google Play, RuStore or App Store). Otherwise the store may continue billing you.
